We have done these site
acquisition with the lowest cost in comparison with the
other subcontractors in those sites.
For the above sites we
have also done power providing as well with very low
charges.
For instance, in a site
in Tehran there was a case with a complex situation
which was estimated to charge us more than 10,000 USD
for membership fee but we finally could finish it with
less than 1000 USD. This has been done just by good
relationship, influence and negotiation techniques of
our professional staff.
At the end there are some
documents attached to this letter that shows the process
of getting power supply membership and real state rental
forms.
